1. Standard VoIP Phone – Supports all standard telephone options such as: automatic receiving and redirecting calls, automatic receiving and redirecting calls, several types of call transfer, forming groups for calling, caller ID, video conference and voice calls, music on hold, automatic answering machine for every employee, voice mail, central phone book, automatic and manual call recording, call transfer with no need for putting call on hold and etc.
2.VoIP SoftPhone – system is designed to be used with software telephone as well, which can be installed on unlimited number of computers. This SoftPhone is developed for Windows operation system and for mobile phones (Android, iPhone and Microsoft Mobile). SoftPhone supports most UC platforms’ functions (eg. More lines, video calls, record calls, chat, integration with Outlook, etc.).
