Application allows the management of all relevant patient data and the process of treatment in service of addiction prevention and mental health. The process includes auxiliary records on the patient table and the table of the patient’s check-in to the service. Any service provided in the program is linked to a particular authorized person who provides and serves as a base to monthly report on the services rendered by Croatian Health Insurance Fund (CHIF) that are automatically generated. The application has the ability to generate bills and electronic record for sending in CHIF and built-in tools for generic reporting of financial and other parameters. Also, the application has a built-in pivot tables that provide the basis for a number of statistical reports in the daily and overall performance of duty; patient and other people arrivals and other averages of substitution and other therapies, etc.
